After nine years of an advertisment free website and paying for this website out of my own pocket, I've finally decided to sell some space for tasteful advertising. I'm trying to start a family, and paying for web space just isn't something that seems to be in my budget these days.
EccentricAmerica.net is a well established website that generates well over 50,000 hits from about 10,000 distinct users every month and is available through just about every search engine on the internet today. I can provide stats to backup these numbers upon request.
I'm currently only interested in advertising on the following pages: index.cfm, aboutus.cfm, blog.cfm, photosubmit.cfm, links.cfm, search.cfm, advertise.cfm, oddities.cfm. Although I receive quite a number of hits to my Somalia pages, they are currently off limits to advertising.
This offer is not available to ALL advertisers or advertisements, all submitted advertisements are subject to approval. If you are looking for advertising space for porn or any adult related material, keep looking. Only family oriented advertising will be displayed here.

Once approved, your advertisement will appear in the upper right hand corner of the website. All ad space is first come, first serve, and will be posted in the order received, so if there is already an advertiser in the before mentioned corner, your ad will appear in the corner, just below the first ad.
All advertisement banners must be in .jpg or .gif format and be no larger than 125 x 170 pixels. Text ads will also be available for advertisers that do not have banners. Pop-up ads or ads that cover the main content area of the page will not be allowed here.
While I haven't yet developed any scripts for telling just how many people have clicked on an ad, if there is enough interest for advertising space on this website, I will create reports for advertisers in the furure.
I'm not looking to make a fortune off of advertising, just enough to keep the website running for the year without dipping into my own funds for operating costs.
